This breakfast is Adam’s daily “rocket fuel”

The Shapeshifter doesn’t believe in reinventing the wheel. So when he heard his fellow superhero Popeye the Sailor Man used a certain “special ingredient” to enhance his powers, our man in the mask just had to check it out.

I’m sure you can guess what Popeye’s secret was… Yep, good ol’ spinach!

This super-powered food packs a serious punch of goodness, including antioxidants, protein, vitamins, iron, dietary fiber and even omega-3 fatty acids. It won’t just beef up your body redesign efforts — it’ll also provide a safeguard against disease!

Spinach for breakfast? You bet!

But what if you don’t “like” spinach? Or what if you DO like it, but the thought of eating it straight outta bed spins your stomach right round baybee right round like a Dead Or Alive record baybee?

No problem! Adam discovered a way to consume his morning dose of spinach without even knowing it. (Ryan: He has a short attention span at the best of times… he forgets what’s in his morning shake right after he mixes it…). He calls it his morning “rocket fuel” recipe.

Wanna give it a try? Here’s a video of Adam whipping up one of his morning Rocket Fuel smoothies…

Combine these ingredients in your blender in the following order:

  • 1.5 cups cold water
  • 3 “pellets” of frozen spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Athletic Greens
  • 2 scoops Prograde Protein (Chocolate)
  • 5 grams each of leucine and creatine (optional)
  • 2 packets stevia natural sweetener
  • 3 ice cubes.

Pour into an enormous glass and enjoy that Popeye feeling all day long!

Be sure to use a GOOD blender — a crappy blender leaves nasty chunks of spinach in your smoothie.

Oh, you might have noticed that Adam added a serving of something called Athletic Greens to his already powerful breakfast ritual. This is his “nutritional insurance” for the day. It contains 76 natural ingredients to annihilate the possibility of nutrient deficiency. And because it’s made with whole foods, the enzymes and co-factors necessary for proper digestion and absorption are completely intact.

If you’d like to know some of the other reasons why Adam makes greens a part of his daily breakfast ritual, you can check out this page…

Now drink down that “rocket fuel” and go do something great today!
